SARGA BODYWORK

Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This fabric strap is used by the practitioner for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, combined with the broad contact surface of the foot, facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies. This technique focuses on length, hydration, and mobility in the recipient's connective tissue.

This is a great method for stress reduction and sports recovery.

90-120 minutes is recommended due to the slow precise nature of Sarga.

THAI TECHNIQUES

Thai massage techniques include compression and stretching and the therapist may use other parts of their body such as feet and knees. It feels very secure and deep due to the direct slow compression and stretching on the muscle. Traditionally, Thai massage is done clothed on a mat on the floor. Intuity offers many Thai massage techniques on the table so a combination of other modalities may be used seamlessly in conjunction during a session. I am able to do many of the techniques unclothed while securely draped if you would like to experience this modality seamlessly alongside other modalities during a session, or you can be fully clothed.
